Memory Foam Mattress Topper - 4 inch.
Before I purchased this Serta mattress topper, I was sleeping on a hard mattress that was so uncomfortable that it hurt my muscles to lie down on it. I awakened several times during the night in pain due to the stiffness of my mattress. Finally, someone suggested that I get a mattress topper to see if it would help. I figured why not, it couldn't be any worse!! My price range was $200 as money is tight right now. I scoured amazon.com to find the thickest one I could find within my price range. I found a 4 inch Serta with a cover for just under $180.00 so I bought it. As soon as it arrived, I unpacked it and let it air out for the day. I put on the new topper and changed the sheets to try it out. It was immediate relief and has made a huge difference in me getting a better nights sleep. Wish I could buy one for everyone I know ... this is a truly amazing product!!!

Great product!
Got the product in a timely manner. However, it is something that works better for two people to set this up. Not worth docking a star because I chose to have a larger bed, and needed a little more comfort. All you have to do is follow the instructions, and it works out fine. I did notice that if you have a pillowtop mattress cover before buying it, this product does come with one. I ended up using both the one that came with the product, and the one that I already owned. If anything, using both covers did make it easier to get a better night's sleep, even if I did feel a little off for putting two mattress covers on it.

VERY COMFORTABLE, GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP.
I purchased this as a mattress topper for an uncomfortable mattress. I've owned this item and slept on it for over a year. I was concerned about the reviews about the odor, and airing it out, as I'm very sensitive to strong odors and perfumes. When I opened the box, I didn't detect any odor, I put it on the bed in the morning, in the evening I put on a rubber sheet to protect it, the same evening I put on the sheets, it didn't appear to make a difference in the height of the mattress. Although my cat noticed when she attempted to jump up, slid down, and had to take a running start to hop up. I no longer wake with back or shoulder pain. I've slept comfortably throughout the night for the whole year and the cat has conquered the extra few inches with a little oomph.
